Delivery Information
We offer a delivery service on most of our products throughout the UK to home and business addresses. Your order will be despatched as soon as possible on the most suitable service based on order dimensions and delivery location. Simply add the products that you would like to buy to the shopping basket and select the delivery region.
If the shopping basket does not offer a price for shipping a particular product, then please contact us and we will endeavour to find a solution for you. Please refer to our terms & conditions.
Delivery of Motors, Equipment, Accessories & Inflatable boats:
We offer a delivery service throughout the UK & Northern Ireland. Most UK deliveries arrive within 1-3 working days, although some deliveries may take longer. Batteries and some Electric Outboard Motors may take 5+ working days due to requiring a specialist courier.
Delivery of Kayaks & Canoes:
We offer a delivery service on most kayaks & canoes covering most of the UK – some products and areas are excluded. We provide a bespoke delivery service for canoes and kayaks to improve the level of service and minimise the risk of damage.
Most Canoe & Kayak deliveries arrive within 1-2 weeks from confirming your order (this is not guaranteed). The majority of Canoe & Kayak deliveries will be quicker than this but some may take longer.
Delivery of Kayaks or Canoes that exceed 4.5m (450cm) is temporarily unavailable - Due to length restrictions with our shipping agents.
Deliveries to Ireland and Northern Ireland remain suspended at this time.
Click & Collect
We also offer a collect from store service. Collection for orders placed online can be made from any of our Canoe Shops UK Stores. For full details on our Click & Collect service, please see: Nationwide Click & Collect
Special Delivery Regions
Scotland & Offshore
We offer a delivery service on most smaller items including clothing, equipment, accessories to all of Scotland and Scottish Isles using a courier or Royal mail.
We offer a Kayak & Canoe delivery service to most of mainland Scotland, but some exclusions and restrictions may apply. Please allow a little longer for some deliveries to arrive.
Deliveries of canoes and kayaks to Scottish Offshore addresses is very difficult due to courier restrictions. Please contact us to discuss a delivery to a freight forwarder on the mainland.
Isle Of Wight
We offer a delivery service on most products to the Isle of Wight including most Kayaks & Canoes. You may also consider using our Click & Collect service from our warehouses on the South Coast including Southampton Canoes.
Channel Islands
We offer a delivery service on most products to the Channel Islands including Jersey and Guernsey. Simply select "Channel Islands" as the delivery region in the shopping basket and the price for delivery will be shown. VAT is removed at checkout for orders shipping directly to the Channel Islands.
Smaller items including Clothing, Equipment, Accessories will be delivered directly to the final home or business address.
Please note that Kayaks & Canoes will be delivered using a Port-to-Port service – our shipping company will liaise directly with you to arrange collection from the port or onward delivery.
Isles Of Scilly
We offer a delivery service to the Isles of Scilly. For smaller items we use a leading courier/postal service. For delivery of canoes and kayaks to the Islands, please contact us for full information.
European & International Delivery
In many cases we are able to offer a european and international delivery service (excluding kayaks and canoes).
Please contact us with your address as well as which products you are interested in and we can confirm whether delivery is available.
